Lotteria Harajuku Takeshita-Dori East in Shibuya

The girl who took my order was kind of a jerk, rolling her eyes every time I paused to choose something. The "tapioca" here is disgusting, go next door to get some. The juice itself was good, and the air-conditioning was nice, especially since there was space to sit.

Good place to eat something on the fly ... Nothing exceptional but a jump should be made

Lotte Fast Food Restaurant When you come to Japan, you must try it. It is completely different from McDonald's.

I bought only a drink in the rainy house for about an hour and let me sit there. I thought that the clerk's response was good and I was only dealing with DQN of Nagare Ishiharajuku. It is recommended that you can relax on the second floor.

Great selection of burgers, recommend the Chicken Nanban but also the Shrimp Burger looked good.

Had the double cheeseburger. Meat was really well seasoned and delicious. The bun is really soft and tasty as well.Fries are good, had the butter seasoning which is just okay. Shaking the bag is fun though!Had the white grape soda, the tapioca is pretty much flavorless but the drink itself is good.

The ebi (shrimp) burger was heavenly tasty.

I had a greasy burger and it was too much for me. I couldn't finish the fries either.

Friendly staff. Most of the stuff know moderate English, so that was really helpful for us. Decent Chicken burgers and fries, nothing too great. Standard service for a Japan outlet! 😁

Very high prices for very small burgers. The taste is ok but nothing special.

Words that stood out during my visit were Kobe Beef but I only tried the matcha beverage with tapioca balls in it. Later on, it became pretty good after mixing well. Next time, trying any burger is a must.

Great little fast food place similar to MOS Burger. I would try something a bit more substantial next time as the regular burger was a little small for me.

Poor communication and service crew is unfriendly to tourists. Experienced discrimination. I would not recommend to visit this place unless they improve their customer service level.

It was shrimp burger that came to ask for Teriyaki Bagger. My friend was very angry because he made a mistake at the child's store. Teriyaki and shrimp are quite expensive because they have different prices. There are many foreigners in the store over there, so I don't want to go wrong, but I don't want to go again.Even so, Nicole Fujita is cute

good for those who have to wait for someone at Tajeshira Dori. 2nd floor has room to sit and wait. Burgers and foods here are ok ( in a junk food world)

I came to eat rib sand. After all it is good. And potatoes are the best at Lotteria.

Get the mozzarella sticks here. 180 円 for two of the best mozza sticks you'll ever have. Really nice after eating a whole bunch of sweet stuff in this street.

This was my first time eating at a fast food burger joint in Tokyo. Bought a pretty expensive "Kobe beef" burger hoping to be mind-blowing amazing, however... It was just decent. I'm not sure whether or not if they actually used kobe beef, but other than that; yeah, it was a pretty decent experience.

Nice restaurant, better than american chain food

Similar to existing fast food outlets, the Japanese fast food was very similar to McDonald's and Burger King, with a bit more twists and tanginess in its tastes. Not as busy, plenty of seating space and swift service, definitely would come again.

Very good burgers! Good for something quick. The area upstairs is quite comfortable!

Very basic fastfood restaurant. Nothing special here. They even didnt provide the chilli sauce, so for me its a major disappointment. Wouldn't go here anymore :( sorry....
